Installing geomembranes beneath the tanks at an industrial site to prevent pollutants from seeping into the soil.

The purpose of a Geomembrane
A geomembrane acts as a waterproof barrier designed to prevent pollutants from entering the soil or reaching groundwater. It thus helps limit the environmental impact of industrial activities and provides long-term protection for natural resources.
Each project requires a specific engineering and design approach. By incorporating multiple disciplines—including soil mechanics, hydrology, and geochemistry—we can propose a solution tailored to the site’s specific constraints.
Geomembranes can be installed using various techniques, such as hot-air welding, low-temperature welding, chemical bonding, or seamless installation. The method is selected based on the application and project requirements.
Once installation is complete, regular inspection and maintenance help ensure the material’s durability and enable the rapid detection of any potential issues.
The Solution Provided: The GeoSeal HDPE Membrane
The GeoSeal HDPE membrane is a geomembrane made of high-density polyethylene. It provides waterproofing for a wide range of structures, including waste storage areas, industrial basins, reservoir areas, ponds, and irrigation canals.
Thanks to a specific blend of resin, antioxidants, and carbon black, it offers high resistance to chemical, biological, and mechanical stresses, as well as to UV rays. It is available in smooth or textured versions on one or both sides.
